How can we help?
Guides for church signup, your admin account, Launchpad, and keeping the workspace secure.
From the marketing site, choose Get Started and complete church signup. You’ll add your church name and country, create an admin profile, pick a public URL, then verify the admin email before you can open Launchpad.
Launchpad is the setup checklist for a new church workspace. It walks you through the first profile and security steps. After the core items are complete, you land on the church dashboard.
Country sets your workspace currency and the payment rails ManyChurch can offer later. Choose the country where the church operates. You can still edit church contact details from settings after signup.
Check spam and wait a minute before resending. Codes expire after a short window, and resend is rate-limited. Use the same admin email you registered with. If the inbox is wrong, you’ll need to sign up again with the correct address before the account is verified.
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password, enter your admin email, and submit the code we send. Resetting your password signs other sessions out. You will need to sign in again after the reset.
Turn it on from Settings → Security. We send a 6-digit code to the admin email when you enable it, and again whenever you sign in. To turn it off, we send another code so only you can disable it.
Church web is for the church admin role. Member accounts belong in the member experience, not this dashboard. If you hit a permissions error, sign out and sign in with the admin email for that workspace.
Open Settings → Profile (also linked from Launchpad). Lead pastor name and church phone are church contact fields — they are not copied from the admin’s personal phone. Church email starts as the admin login email and can be changed there.
Your public handle is chosen during signup (3–20 characters: letters, numbers, dots, or underscores). Treat it as your public address. If you need to change it after launch, contact support from your verified admin email.
The platform is rolling out in stages. Signup, session, Launchpad, and profile/security settings are live. Giving, media uploads, and KYC come next — we’ll enable them in your workspace when your country rails are ready.
Workspace data is scoped to your church. ManyChurch staff only access it to operate the product, fix issues you report, or meet a legal obligation. Read the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
