Terms of Service

Last updated August 29, 2026. These terms govern access to ManyChurch websites, church workspaces, and related services.

1. Agreement

By creating a church workspace, signing in, or otherwise using ManyChurch, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a church or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

ManyChurch is a church operations platform. Features may include workspace setup, admin accounts, Launchpad onboarding, member and ministry tools, and related communications. We may add, change, or retire features as the product grows. Some capabilities (including giving, payouts, and identity checks) may be limited by country or roll-out stage.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate admin information, keep credentials confidential, and complete email verification before using the dashboard. You are responsible for activity under your church workspace. Enable email two-factor authentication from Settings when it is available. Tell us promptly if you believe an account is compromised.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to bypass security, no scraping or interfering with other churches’ data, and no using ManyChurch to send spam. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken or the platform is at risk.

5. Your content

You retain rights to church profile information, media, and other content you upload. You grant ManyChurch a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the product for your workspace. You represent that you have the rights needed to share it with us.

6. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Session cookies on church web are used to keep admins signed in; we do not put access tokens in JavaScript-readable storage.

7. Availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control can cause downtime. We are not liable for loss of data or ministry disruption arising from such events, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManyChurch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if the workspace is on a free or preview plan).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
