Privacy Policy

Last updated August 29, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

ManyChurch provides software for churches to run their workspace, including signup, admin sessions, Launchpad, and related product features. This policy applies to manychurch.com, the church web app, and communications we send about the product.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use ManyChurch, we may process:

  • Account data — admin name, email, phone, password (stored hashed), church name, handle, country, and currency.
  • Workspace data — church profile fields you save (for example contact email, phone, lead pastor name, and optional polish fields).
  • Security data — email verification and two-factor codes, login challenges, and timestamps for security events.
  • Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and cookie identifiers needed to keep a session and protect the service.

3. How we use data

We use this information to create and operate your workspace, authenticate admins, send one-time codes, prevent abuse, improve the product, and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies and sessions

Church web uses HttpOnly cookies for access and refresh tokens. Those cookies are not readable by JavaScript. We may also store small client preferences such as theme. Marketing pages may use essential cookies required for the site to function.

5. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and email providers who process it on our instructions (hosting, transactional email, and similar operations). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect ManyChurch, our users, or the public. Other churches cannot see your workspace.

6. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while the church workspace is active. Security logs and one-time codes are kept only as long as needed for the security purpose (codes expire quickly). When a workspace is closed, we delete or anonymize personal data unless the law requires a longer hold.

7. Your choices

You can update church profile fields in Settings. You can enable or disable email two-factor authentication. You can request access or deletion of personal data by contacting us from the verified admin email for that workspace. Some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation.

8. Children

The church admin product is intended for adults acting on behalf of a church. We do not knowingly collect admin-account data from children. Member experiences that involve minors, if offered, will be operated under the church’s instruction and applicable law.

9. International

We may process data in the regions where our infrastructure runs. By using ManyChurch you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. If a change is material, we will take additional steps to notify admins where reasonable.

11. Contact

Privacy questions: see the Help Center or write from your church admin email. Related terms live on Terms of Service.
